Praarthana means prayer. The prarthana conveys the devotion of Swayamsevaks to Mother Earth, God represented in the form of Sat-Chit-Ananda (Truth-Consciousness-Bliss), the reason for meeting in shakha, the qualities requested to be blessed upon by the God, and a commitment or dedication to the cause.
