Time For the activity: 15-20 min
Things needed: Bay leaf, red chilli seeds, cloves, black
pepper, raisins, cinnamon sticks, almond, cashew, cumin, dried oregon leaves
or any such spice, thick paper or cardboard and tacky glue.
How to make:
(Hey kids we are not going to eat the spices but decorate with them!!)
Step 1: Cut the bay leaf into 2 equal halves. Then cut into
a leaf shape around the centre vein. From the leftover cut out 2 grass blade
shapes.
Step 2: Separate the almond and cashew into vertical halves.
Step 3: Gently flatten the raisin.
Step 4: Break cinnamon sticks lengthwise.Step 5: Now stick
the spices as shown in the picture or create your own arrangement. Variation:
You can use cardamom or pistachio shells too. Also try using different
colored lentils and create your own designs!!
You
can frame it or make it as a greeting card.
