If you already have your own plan, try to incorporate this into that. Topic "questions for research" is given for the second group. The expectation is to encourage sevaks/sevikas to find additional information via other sources. Shikshaks should follow up whether they are really working on this side. Quarterly examination or informal talk time could be useful to achieve this. Make sure sevaks/sevikas solve all questions that are given after every month. Friendly examination/competition can be organized on additional (5th one) weekend or on any other appropriate day. Keep extra blank papers with you. Sevaks/Sevikas may need them. Bauddhik plan is formatted in such a way that it can be printed (hard copies) on both sides of the paper. On the occasion when outside "vakta" is called for bauddhik, request him to cover the relevant information given in the plan. It should not happen that sevaks/sevikas are hearing something different that has no connection with the information in the bauddhik plan. "Real Player" software can be used to listen to the audio files of the geet. Shikshaks should study the relevant topic before it is conducted.
